Sign In is a feature offered by us to make your Checkout process quicker and easier.We are saving your address/shipping/ details once, and then simply entering a username and password for all future transactions.

2. I've forgotten my username and password, what do I do?

No problem! Click here and we will help you out!

3. Am I able to amend my order once it's submitted?

No. Once 'submit order' is clicked, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery. You cannot then amend or cancel the order.

4. How do I return faulty items?

1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
2. Email: returns@lordsdiy.com
3. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.

5. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are registered with LORDS DIY, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'.

6. Why is my order sometimes delayed?

We despatch tens of thousands of parcels each week to tradesmen, maintenance professionals and corporate customers UK wide for next day delivery. In some cases a small number of parcels may be delayed, however we pride ourselves that over 97% of all orders received by 6pm will be delivered next day (to next day delivery areas).
